WOW! Great Title, Great ART!
The title really pulls me in. It creates a "scenario" that makes me look deeper and creates a mood. Never underestimate a good title. Nicely creative.
So many good things going on. The depth of your composition is working on so many levels and exquisitely balanced with such precariousness.
Straight down the middle, light and dark, so subtle you hardly notice it. The female foreground so complicatedly visualized leading with contrapposto to the murky enigma that creates the Old Guy's patterned suit only to dump you off into the deceptively simple bright plane of the Wine Guy's shirt that ricochets you right off those awesome pants! WOW! and that's just on the first look!
There's so much more. The casual angle of the faces, heads and body positions, the guy in the middle, like invisible glue, holding the background solid. The reoccurring, slightly similar wall paper patterns embedded deep within the hotspots of the flesh. VERY nice man!
Thanks so much for posting some close up details. I can really get a feel for what you're doing. You really ARE rescuing these patchwork wallpaper sample collages you create. Helping them find their form with oil paint, composition, and creativeness. I love the way this works by creating so much visuality everywhere. Even in the darkest shadows there seems to be so much going on through pattern and color. This concept of "implied" complication takes me back to some of our great art talks in college. You've really taken it to the next level. Bravo man!

Wow Drid you need to be a tour guide. Very good at putting things I experience as feelings and gut reactions into words.
